In recent years, the concept of the blue circular economy has increasingly drawn global attention. Taiwan's characteristic of being surrounded by the sea has become an innate advantage. There have been extensive discussions on how to utilize and manage marine resources sustainably, and various sectors of Taiwan have taken concrete actions.
